Veg-All Casserole

This is courtesy of my MIL, who made it all the time when my husband and his brother were kids and to this day they both still love it and ask for it every holiday. 

2 cans Veg-All
1 can Lasuere peas
1 chopped onion (I usually use only 1/2 onion)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/2 stick melted butter

Combine veggies, mayo and cheese; spread in baking dish.  Crumble Ritz crackers over and drizzle with butter.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
