I’ll post some of my weekly menus for inspiration. I used to save these on other blogs so I will put some of the past ones here and then save my future ones as well. Usually I plan for 3-4 nights worth of food, that way I allow for leftovers and going out.
Chicken/black bean quesadillas
Grilled tilapia, grilled corn, broccoli
